All sales are final; we take great strides to work with all our customers to provide a large array of options.  We will also be open about our capabilities to meet all your expectations.  However, given how customized some designs can get, we cannot accept returns.

Lacrosse is a demanding sport, especially on the equipment.  At RedCrosse we source and produce the highest quality equipment.  We use our own heads daily and battle test them with our teams.  However, we cannot guarantee that the rigors of the game will not damage or break our products.

Please avoid leaving dyed heads lying out in the sun for days on end. Lacrosse sticks are made to be played with and the game is played outside, standard play will not cause dyes to fade.  At RedCrosse we give our heads a UV resistant coating to add an additional barrier to fading.  However, if sticks are left in the direct sun for extended (days) at a time, there is the chance for fading.  Keep those dyes fresh just by keeping the stick indoors (or gear bags) when not in use.
